What You’ll Be Doing:
* Owning and scaling your desk across Primary, Secondary, and SEND
* Building long‑term relationships with schools and educators
* Driving business development and expanding market presence
* Placing outstanding candidates into roles where they can thrive
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Progressing towards your next promotion with a clear, supported pathway
