Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role from January?
GSL Education are working with a highly regarded and welcoming primary school in Loughton, seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join their Key Stage 1 team on a job share basis until the end of the academic year.

The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Key Stage 1 pupils
* Share class responsibilities with a job share partner to ensure continuity and consistency for pupils
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to support all learners
* Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress in line with school policies
* Contribute to the wider school community and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers

About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective classroom practice
* A positive, nurturing, and reflective teaching style
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative and flexible approach to working as part of a job share
