As Acquisition Manager, you will develop and execute paid marketing strategies within the iGaming sector. Your role involves managing campaigns across channels such as SEO, PPC, Display, and Paid Social, as well as exploring new platforms and opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support the company's growth and market success.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and resource allocation.
* Manage digital marketing efforts targeting iGaming audiences across relevant channels.
* Oversee paid advertising on platforms like Meta, programmatic, native, and iGaming-specific networks.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, affiliates, media partners, and stakeholders in the iGaming ecosystem.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and player behaviors.
* Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to acquisition activities.
* Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, compliant content for multiple jurisdictions.
* Ensure campaigns are performance-driven and meet KPIs and regulatory standards.
* Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
* Analyze campaign performance, costs, and player lifetime value to optimize strategies.
* Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and acquisition initiatives.
Essential Skills:
* Experience in the iGaming sector.
* Strong data analysis skills related to player data, market trends, and funnels.
* Knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management in a regulated environment.
* Leadership skills with integrity and a performance-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and partners.
* Knowledge of SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, and CRM strategies in iGaming (desirable).
* Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and player retention strategies (advantage).
