A new and exciting opportunity to join our team as Junior Sous Chef, working with Ricki Weston and his dedicated team in our state-of-the-art kitchen as they continue to evolve our English Heritage menu. You will have honed your talents as Junior Sous working in a similar culinary environment in a comparable high end establishment.
The Role:
As Junior Sous Chef for Greys, you will be responsible for a small team, helping to innovate and develop the cuisine of Grey's, our small plate concept restaurant.
Reporting to the Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will help to construct and develop new ideas for the team, championing our Grey's menu.
