Role Description

Whitehart & Co is seeking an Embedded Brand & Marketing Manager to act as a dedicated

strategic and operational marketing partner for one of our key global clients.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of brand management, content creation, campaign coordination, stakeholder communication, and marketing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Whitehart and Marken teams to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing activity, maintain brand consistency, and improve responsiveness and collaboration across projects and campaigns.

The role requires a proactive, commercially aware marketer who is equally comfortable managing projects, creating content, supporting strategy, coordinating creative delivery, and serving as a trusted day-to-day point of contact between teams.

Responsibilities

This role plays a central part in ensuring the smooth coordination, delivery, and progression of marketing activity across both organisations, with responsibilities spanning operational, creative, and strategic support.

Brand & Marketing Coordination

• Act as a dedicated day-to-day marketing resource supporting the Marken account.

• Coordinate marketing activity between Whitehart and Marken teams to ensure efficient progress.

• Maintain visibility across ongoing campaigns, content schedules, and deliverables.

• Support campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across multiple channels.

Content & Creative Support

• Develop and refine written marketing content including:

o Social media copy

o Campaign messaging

o Internal communications

o Supporting brand materials

• Assist with the creation, coordination, and review of visual content and social media assets.

• Work collaboratively with Whitehart’s creative and strategy teams to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.

• Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across both Whitehart and Marken.

• Support efficient communication, feedback collection, and decision-making between teams.

• Attend meetings, provide updates, and ensure actions are clearly communicated and progressed.

• Help identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and collaboration.

Brand Stewardship & Strategic Support

• Support the ongoing development and consistency of the Marken brand across marketing activity.

• Contribute to campaign ideation, marketing initiatives, and strategic discussions where required.

• Monitor marketing performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvements.

• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to the sector.

Skills

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of marketing expertise, communication skills,

organisational capability, and commercial awareness suited to a fast-paced and

collaborative environment.

• Experience in a marketing, brand, account management, or integrated communications role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience creating or coordinating social media and marketing content.

• Comfortable working across both strategic and executional marketing tasks.

• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, agency, or B2B environments is advantageous.
