Duty Manager - Premier Inn Inverness Centre (Millburn Road)

If you’ve got experience in retail or other roles where you have successfully led people before, this role is perfect as your next step in management. We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.
Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
Location: Millburn Road, Inverness IV2 3QX
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Contract type: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
Pay rate: Up to £13.36 per hour
What you’ll do
Join our team at Inverness Centre (Millburn Road) Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
