Location: Bristol - Hybrid working model and remote-first culture (2 days per week in Bristol office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + excellent benefits

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CFO and supported by the Group Procurement Director, you'll:
12. Lead all sourcing and procurement activity across IT and Indirects
13. Build strong stakeholder relationships across our business
14. Deliver cost-saving initiatives
15. Shape procurement strategies, plans, and tools
16. Manage sourcing for high-impact areas like IT/software and marketing
17. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and tooling
What You'll Bring:
You're a sourcing/procurement professional with:
18. Proven experience owning sourcing strategies end-to-end - across IT and Indirects
19. Strong commercial and negotiation skills
20. Experience in IT software and services procurement
21. Confidence with legal documents (you know when to loop in Legal)
22. A growth mindset, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit
23. Bonus if you're working toward CIPS or have a legal/business qualification
