In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with customers who may be experiencing financial challenges, helping them find realistic, manageable solutions. You’ll make outbound calls to discuss repayment options, agree sustainable plans, and handle inbound calls, live chats, emails, and messages from partner organisations. You’ll also play an active part in team discussions, sharing insights, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to ensure the best experience for every customer. Throughout every interaction, you’ll bring empathy, professionalism, and a genuinely customer-focused approach.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting people during difficult moments and can communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently. Experience within financial services or customer support is essential, and previous arrears experience is highly desirable. You’ll be comfortable balancing compassion with responsibility, guiding customers towards the right outcome while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
