Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to FridayLocation: Office based in Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5TP
We’re looking for a Event Coordinator / Field Staff Booker to join our energetic team. You’ll be the link between our campaigns and the amazing people who bring them to life - booking staff, solving problems, keeping everything on schedule, and making sure no job goes unfilled.
What the role looks like:
* Fast-moving, high-energy environment where no two days are the same
* Talking to lots of different people, every day
* Coordinating staff across exciting field marketing campaigns
* Juggling calls, calendars, and campaign needs
* Being the go-to support for both the field and office teams
What we’re looking for:
* A natural communicator who’s friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
* Organised and quick-thinking, with great attention to detail
* No formal qualifications required - but you’ll need to show us you’ve got transferable skills like customer service, multitasking, or scheduling
* Someone who loves working in a team and thrives when things get busy
