This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy supporting young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience — no formal teaching qualifications required. About the Roles Teaching Assistant Support pupils across a range of ages and abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery. Provide one-to-one and small-group support. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Cover Supervisor Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged with learning. Supervise whole classes independently. Support students in completing set work and maintaining a productive classroom environment. We’re looking for individuals who are: Confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with children. Reliable and able to work in different school settings. Strong communicators with good behaviour management skills. Patient, supportive, and approachable. Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential. Welsh speakers are encouraged to apply, though this is not essential.
