The Role:
The firm seeks to hire an Insolvency Partner to join their West End London office.
While the firm’s core practice is real estate, they are expanding into agriculture, which is currently handled by the wider team. Due to an influx of agriculture work, they plan to establish a new department led by this hire.
You will work closely with the Real Estate partners to develop this new department. You will receive support but also have the autonomy to shape its direction.
The work involves high-value, complex matters for an international, affluent client base, including general high-value agriculture transactions involving unregistered land.

Requirements:
* You will be an Agriculture Solicitor with at least seven years PQE; there is no upper limit on experience.
* You can work independently without supervision.
* You should have some business development experience.
