The Role
As an Early Career Teacher working with Teaching Personnel, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Build confidence in classroom and behaviour management
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Work closely with experienced teachers and school leadership
* Gain valuable experience across different environments
* Follow safeguarding and school policies

Essential Requirements
You must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (if you are still in training, you can still apply)
* Placement experience teaching in Primary settings
* A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* The legal right to work in the UK
