Key Responsibilities:
Assisting conveyancers in managing property transactions from instruction to completion.
Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.
Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies.What We're Looking For:
A strong interest in property law and conveyancing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a conveyancing role is preferred, but we will consider candidates with a legal background or relevant qualifications.
