Russell Taylor group are currently seeking a Reactive Lead Technician / Cleaning Supervisor for work in the Lancashire area, on behalf of a leading facilities management contractor. If you're hands-on, reliable, and confident leading teams in fast-paced environments, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership on-site and make a real impact.
About the Role:
As a Reactive Lead Technician / Cleaning Supervisor, you'll respond to urgent and planned jobs, lead on-site teams, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Flexibility is key, with regular out-of-hours and weekend cover required.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapid response to reactive and emergency jobs, including evenings and weekends
Lead and support technicians and agency staff on-site
Deliver cleaning, waste, and site services in line with safety and quality standards
Log all job details and updates accurately using company tablets
Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure vans are clean and stocked
Assist with training, operational support, and service improvements
Uphold Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards at all timesWhat We're Looking For:
·Experience in both reactive and planned works
·Strong leadership and team coordination skills
·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
·High attention to detail and strong time management
·Full UK driving licence (essential)
·Flexible approach to shifts and urgent job assignments
