Location: Salford Quays, Leeds, London, Staines
Hybrid Working: Requirement to go into one of the above office locations as and when needed
Fixed Term Contract: Project start date beginning of June 2025 until end of December 2025
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 annual salary (pro rata over the 7 months)

As Senior Digital Project Consultant, you will be a key contributor to the People Technology and Digital team, focusing on creating a simple, integrated & digital experience for our people, primarily focused on procurement. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end digital journeys across the BGUK market unit, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and collaborating across the business to build digital self-service solutions that enhance customer experience and operational results.
How you’ll help us make Health happen
* Manage the people technology project portfolio for the MU, collaborating with content and application owners, BGIUK, and Group Technology teams.
* Ensure improved features in existing technologies to enhance digital people experience.
* Consult on requirements and project requests, aligning with strategy, prioritization, funding, and success measures.
* Use best practice project management artifacts to ensure optimal delivery.
* Manage relationships with third-party development partners for adopting new digital technologies.
* Report project progress to executive steering committees.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
* Experience using project management tools is essential.
* Experience within Financial Services organizations is desirable.
* Experience in digital consulting, including incident management systems, multi-channel logistics, automation, and AI.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and budgets.
* Experience managing budgets and contracting with third parties.
* Stakeholder management skills, including communication, influence, and support.
* Knowledge of UK regulatory and legal requirements.
* Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written English and stakeholder relationship building.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Team-oriented with a passion for collaboration.
