Graduate Chemist - Location: Oxfordshire
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Chemist to support laboratory research focused on advanced materials for an alternative energy technology. This is a lab-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on experimental work and contributing to cutting-edge technology development.
Responsibilities
* Carry out routine and exploratory lab experiments.
* Maintain strict safety standards; complete COSHH and risk assessments.
* Keep accurate electronic and written experimental records.
* Communicate results clearly within the team.
* Maintain an organised, clean laboratory workspace.
About You
* Degree in chemistry/applied science or experience in experimental planning.
* Experience working in a laboratory environment.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills.
* Good computer skills and willingness to learn new techniques.
