THE ROLE
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on fast-paced, high-impact content creation and has a deep understanding of social media storytelling.
Here you will closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to conceptualise, design and build animate engaging short-form videos, reels, and branded assets that capture attention and communicate the brand’s mission.
With a deep understanding of social-first storytelling, platform trends, and visual impact, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their digital identity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and produce motion graphics, animated assets, reels, and short-form videos for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, tone, and target audiences.
* Translate briefs into visually compelling content that captures attention and communicates core messages.
* Develop consistent visual styles and branded templates to ensure recognisability across all formats.
* Edit and animate existing assets, footage, and imagery into engaging digital content.
* Stay on top of platform trends, video specs, and algorithmic behaviours to ensure best-in-class delivery.
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and creative integrity.
* Assist in developing light static design assets when needed (e.g. thumbnails, storyboards, branded graphics).
SKILLS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* 2–4+ years of experience in a motion graphics or video design role, ideally within a lifestyle, consumer brand, or agency environment.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong portfolio of motion content designed for social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, and paid social assets.
* Solid understanding of content formats, aspect ratios, and creative trends specific to each platform.
* Experience editing short-form video, syncing audio, adding captions, transitions, and effects.
* Highly collaborative and comfortable working as part of an internal creative team.
* Organised, efficient, and adaptable — able to handle a mix of planned and reactive content.
* A natural interest in wellness, science, or future-focused health is a plus.
