2. Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (higher for the right Sales Administrator)
3. Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Our client, a well-established and family-run automotive group, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. This position is based within a centralised administration hub that supports multiple dealership sites. The position is varied, covering both retail and B2B sales administration, and would suit someone who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Process all paperwork and documentation for new and used vehicle sales
5. Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and efficiently
6. Manage and update internal data systems and records
7. Process warranties, insurance documentation, and related paperwork
8. Provide administrative support to the sales team across multiple sites
9. Ensure all documentation complies with company and industry standards
10. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
11. Previous experience as a Sales Administrator within the automotive sector preferred
12. Experience with dealer management systems (e.g. Kerridge) advantageous
13. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident managing data
15. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
16. Flexible and adaptable approach to workload
