We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager ready to take the lead at one of the most electrifying live entertainment venues in the world. Leading a powerhouse team of three Production Managers and an Assistant Production Manager, you’ll take full command of the technical and production heartbeat of Co-op Live. From first plans to final load-out, you’ll drive every stage of event delivery, ensuring nothing is missed and every show lands flawlessly. As the senior production lead for your events, you’ll be the go-to for all production queries, working side by side with the Head of Venue Management to manage budgets, control costs, and uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance across every show. You’ll be a collaborative, hands-on leader who champions your team, supports them to perform at their best, and plays a vital role in delivering outstanding live experiences across the venue. You lead with pride, purpose, and the ability to inspire others to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is AutoCAD trained, with a deep understanding of venue rigging, temporary electrical distribution, and seating systems, and a proven track record of overseeing large-scale, complex live event productions from concept to completion.
