What Youll Do Lead and develop a skilled stores team. Manage stock accuracy, traceability, and compliance for electronic components and assemblies. Oversee goods-in, kitting for production, and despatch for UK, EU, and international customers. Drive continuous improvement in material handling and storage processes. Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ESD, and health & safety standards. What Were Looking For Proven experience in stores/warehouse/despatch management. Strong knowledge of material flows and traceability in a manufacturing setting. ERP/MRP system expertise. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
