Your Job:
* To ensure all guest receive a genuine, warm and friendly welcome on arrival and departure of their stay.
* To ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced by current road regulations + legislation.
* To be responsible for scheduling of rotas and rest days + planning routes cost-effectively.
* Assist with the movement of luggage.
* Drive the hotel bus.
* To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
What You Will Need:
* Proven experience in Transport departments
* Must have a full, clean D1 Driving License
* Excellent organisational skills
* To be prepared to be flexible with hours as operations are 7 days a week
* Strong communication and management skills. Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team of drivers
