We are currently recruiting for a Branch & Sales Manager who is keen and driven to manage the team at our Framlingham branch, based in Suffolk.
Role Purpose
As a Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overall profitability, management, and efficient daily operations. Managing a team across parts, service, sales, and branch administration, you will promote and represent the business. You will provide the highest levels of service to existing customers and identify and nurture new prospects.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Good, sound knowledge of Agricultural and Horticultural equipment is desired.
* Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone.
* Target driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets.
* Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
* Have the ability to influence and persuade, and be able to close deals.
* Full Driving licence is required.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to act quickly and decisively.
* Take accountability for your own decisions.
* Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems.
* Good IT skills.
* Act with discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
* Able to work on initiatives for improvements.
Additional Information
* Start Date: Immediate, subject to replacement of existing role if successful.
* Hours: 42.5 hours per week - 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch). Additional hours may be required during seasonal peaks, e.g., Harvest.
* Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus company vehicle and bonus.
