I’m working on a fantastic Leasing Manager opportunity for a leading real estate owner with a diverse mix of heritage and modern commercial properties in London’s West End.
In this client-side role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end leasing process—managing tenant relationships, negotiating deals, and driving occupancy across a high-profile office and retail portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
* Sourcing and securing new occupiers via agents, brokers, and direct leads
* Managing renewals and re-gears
* Negotiating heads of terms and lease agreements
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
* Acting as the key point of contact for all leasing activity
What they’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years’ leasing experience (agency or landlord-side)
✔️ West End market knowledge
✔️ Solid understanding of commercial property legislation and L&T Act
✔️ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Salary is flexible depending on experience, with great exposure to a prestigious portfolio.
