We are working with a client who are seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight, reporting and stakeholder support across the organisation.
This role is suited to an established and fully qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with strong experience in Power BI reporting, management accounts and business partnering within complex, stakeholder-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Produce monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis and commentary
Partner with stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting and decision-making
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities through data analysis
Improve data quality, reporting processes and financial controls
Support business cases, financial modelling and scenario analysis
Key Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
Strong management accounts and variance analysis experience
Proven Power BI dashboard and reporting development
Advanced Excel (SQL advantageous)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
