About the role
Our Lead Activities Coordinators lead our Activities Team and organise creative, fun activities for the people we support. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Organising individual activity plans based on people’s goals and interests
2. Fostering community spirit through group activities
3. Supporting people to maintain and take up new hobbies, interests, and educational opportunities
4. Assisting people to become more involved in their local community
5. Celebrating national awareness days, holidays, and achievements
6. Leading the in-house Activities Team
7. Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
