We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a residential care home in Hastings, East Sussex. The home provides support for adults with Prader‑Willi syndrome.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver person‑centred care.
* Ensure best practice in social care and continuous service improvement.
* Oversee effective people and process management.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
* Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
Preferred:
* Commitment to high quality care.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards.
* Strong decision making, organisational and communication skills.
* Flexibility and a proactive attitude.
