Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
* Follow a designated care plan tailored to each patient's needs
* Conduct home visits in designated geographic territories
* Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
* Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
* Execute and document doctors' orders accurately
* Perform client assessments and case management
* Utilize a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation
Qualifications:
* Current RN license in Maryland
* Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
* Home care experience preferred but not required
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong interpersonal and computer skills
* Willingness to travel to assigned cases
