* Manage paid social campaigns (80%) and support PPC activities (20%) across a diverse client base.
* Take ownership of full campaign lifecycles from real-time bidding (RTB) to activation, supported by a client services team.
* Work on approximately 5 main accounts spanning ecommerce and lead generation sectors, with monthly budgets ranging from £1K to £80K.
* Support junior team members through delegation and training, though no direct reports initially.
* Participate in audits for new business pitches and client strategy discussions.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of paid social platforms is essential; PPC experience is desirable.
* Experience working with ecommerce clients preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
* Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and meeting KPIs.
