A base that gives them fresh options, including you. As a Sales Manager here, you will lead sales growth from the satellite office, you will be the one driving stainless steel / aluminium plate and bar sales across the UK and Ireland with appetite, budget and board level support behind you. You will have a Sales Executives to support you, plus a Sales Director who backs you day to day. It is a straight-talking culture where people muck in, where your ideas are listened to and where you will be trusted to make things happen. This is not a role where you are chained to the road five days a week, most of your time will be spent working remotely from the Midlands base, with the freedom to get out to customers when it makes sense. Typically once or twice a month. As a Sales Manager you will bring the balance of leadership and sales expertise: You will be hands on enough to win and keep customers, but confident in mentoring the team and setting the pace. You know how to build trust, spot opportunities and turn good potential into real results.
