Care Assistant (days) – Priesty Fields Care Home
£13.80 per hour
33 hours (3 shifts per week) or 44 hours (4 shifts per week) according to preference
Shift Times: 8am - 8pm

Our team at Priesty Fields is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services, including residential, nursing, respite, and customized care for diverse and complex needs.
Responsibilities
* Participating in all required training to maintain high standards of care
* Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtime support, and participation in daily activities
* Offering emotional support and companionship to foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere
* Encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies, interests, and routines to lead enriched lives
* Upholding the cleanliness and safety standards within the care home
* Collaborating closely with team members to ensure all resident needs are met in a flexible, responsive manner
What We’re Looking For
* A positive, compassionate, and enthusiastic attitude
* A genuine interest in the health and social care field; experience is a plus, but not essential
* Flexibility to adapt to shift patterns that best serve our residents
