Job Description
We are currently looking for a National Aftersales Contract Administrator to join our team.
We are seeking an administrator with experience in a fast-paced, data-entry role, customer service background, and a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
While the national team is large, with monthly meetings, you will also be part of a regional team at your depot.
The Contract Administration Team handles the creation of finance contracts from truck sales, contract extensions, pay-as-you-go contracts, contract modifications due to equipment moves, RPI price adjustments, and aims to meet monthly billing targets. Ensuring low query logs and block billing is essential for efficient cash flow. Full training on our SAP system will be provided.
Your responsibilities also include coordinating transport with third-party hauliers to collect and return trucks, scheduling inspections, and liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Additionally, you will create Maintenance (Service) and LOLER (inspection) plans to ensure timely inspections and compliance with H&S standards.
