Job Description
The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Delivering high-quality legal advice on corporate matters to clients.
4. Working on a range of deals including PE and M & A transactions.
5. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate documents and agreements.
6. Working with senior team members on larger deals
7. Advising a range of clients including PE houses and funds
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have / be;
8. A Solicitor likely to be between 1-3 years PQE
9. Experience in handling a range of corporate legal matters.
10. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
11. Strong academics
12. Ties to Leeds
13. An interest to work for a large Corporate team in a national law firm.
14. Strong client management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
