Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12?hour shifts, Days/Nights)
Rate: £12.21 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support Registered Nurses in delivering safe, compassionate, and person?centred care to patients undergoing structured rehabilitation. The role involves both physical and emotional support, ensuring a high standard of care and a therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Registered Nurses with all elements of clinical care
Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families
Assist with patient admissions, observations, and day?to?day care needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and well?organised clinical environment
Adhere to Infection Control and Health & Safety policies at all times
Uphold and promote the 12 Steps to the Patient Community
Work collaboratively as a flexible and reliable member of the MDT
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and colleagues
Maintain annual Basic Life Support competency
Engage in ongoing professional development and trainingEssential Requirements
SVQ Level II in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
