We are thrilled to share a fantastic opportunity for three interns to join our Commercial department on a 12-month placement. From day one, you will be fully integrated into Team Hilton. Our placements offer exposure and opportunities, including networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences and, for some, international travel.

Based in our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) headquarters in Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 50 Interns and take part in regular connect meetings and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym.


The Opportunity

You will play an active role in our continued success by contributing to the delivery of key objectives, as well as having ownership of your own project-based initiatives.

We have two placements in our Hilton Worldwide Sales Team and one in our Sales Enablement Team. If your application is successful, you will be invited to interview for one of the 12-month placements, which will be confirmed prior to the interview.


Hilton Worldwide Sales Placement

You will join Hilton’s global sales team and get hands-on with the world’s biggest brands, events, and destinations. This placement would suit someone who is curious, proactive, detail-loving and ready to roll up their sleeves and learn fast. If you’re into travel, events, and making things happen, this placement could be a great fit!

Here’s a glimpse of some of the things you will do:

* Support our specialist teams working with top-tier clients in corporate, events, leisure, entertainment & airlines.
* Dive into real projects: group bookings, client meetings, global hotel enquiries.
* Create great content: presentations, newsletters & social posts.
* Keep things running smoothly with admin tasks & Salesforce updates.
* Help us stay sharp with reports, data, and client insights.
* Work with a global brand that’s all about hospitality and innovation.
* Build your network across industries and region.
* Learn the ropes of sales, marketing, and client management.
* Be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and growth.
* Attend industry events & trade fairs.

Sales Enablement Team Placement

You will work with the Sales Enablement Centre of Excellence Team in supporting hotel teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will help ensure they are enabled with assets and resources to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve commercial targets, and develop career opportunities.

Here’s a glimpse of some of the things you will do:

* Support the process of creating, communicating, activating analysing and assessing initiatives.
* Delivering to deadlines, managing distribution lists and communication platforms, ensuring all team members receive up-to-date assets.
* Be integral in ensuring communication tools are creative and engaging.
* Manage key projects and support the team in delivering national and potentially international events to deliver messages, initiatives and training to hotel commercial teams.
* Network and gain understanding of multiple departments across Hilton through liaison with key partners across other functions.

What are we looking for?

* A strong alignment to our culture and values.
* A current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a required 12-month year-in-industry placement as part of your degree. Hospitality, Hotel Management, Event Planning or Business Management related degrees are preferred but not essential.
* Availability to start 13 July 2026, full-time, for a 12-month placement.
* Eligibility to work in the UK. Non-UK nationals may need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible.
* Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
* exceptionally organized with strong planning and deadline-driven skills.
* Effective planning & project management skills.
* General commercial awareness and understanding of drivers of commercial performance.
* General hotel awareness and understanding / interest in the industry.
* Strong communication skills: presentation, written and public speaking.
* Flexible with the ability to travel (approximately 10%).
