Key Responsibilities
You’ll lead our AI research initiatives, driving innovation in the solution that already achieves 96% accuracy on consulting documents compared to leading LLMs at only 30%. As the Lead AI Research Strategist, you’ll pioneer advanced techniques and strategies to push the boundaries of AI comprehension for consulting materials.
* Build and curate comprehensive golden datasets for training and evaluation.
* Fine‑tune models to consistently outperform industry benchmarks.
* Create and establish the definitive consulting AI benchmark.
* Evaluate cutting‑edge LLMs with structured testing methodologies.
* Optimize highly complex AI agents for consulting‑specific tasks.
* Help establish a team of researchers in developing novel approaches to document understanding.
* Collaborate directly with the founders to translate research breakthroughs into product features.
Requirements
You’re an analytical thinker and doer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment with minimal bureaucracy. You approach problems with an open mind and are eager to experiment, learn from every iteration and deliver exceptional results.
* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is preferred).
* 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in consulting.
* Exceptional analytical skills and strong understanding of the consulting way‑of‑thinking
* Python skills.
* Ambition and a "get‑it‑done" mentality. Right to work in Singapore.
