Job Title: Paint Sprayer Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £15-£20 per hour Contract: Permanent Full Time - Flexible Hours Role Overview – Paint Sprayer: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Paint Sprayer to join out re-manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art Wolverhampton facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wet paint spraying of components, ensuring adherence to Paint Process specifications for impeccable quality compliance. Key Responsibilities – Paint Sprayer • Setting up paint equipment. • Manual Paint Spraying of aluminium, stainless steel, titanium parts • Applying primer coats, basecoats, and lacquers. • Carrying out quality checks. • Cleaning and maintaining equipment. • Knowledge of the use of Viscosity Cups • Maintain and wear all PPE Key Experience and Qualifications – Paint Sprayer • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Capacity to maintain high-quality standards under pressure. • Commitment to safety procedures and protocols. • Proficiency in using specialist equipment, polishing machines, spray guns, air compressors, and cleaning equipment. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Key Requirements – Paint Sprayer • Previous experience as Paint Sprayer, • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality compliance. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Prior metal finishing, automotive refinishing, jewellery polishing, or watch repair background. • Experience with spray painting or powder coating (small components, not just large panels). • Familiarity with polishing machines, buffing wheels, and abrasives. • Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail. • Understanding of surface preparation for coatings (cleaning, masking, degreasing).
