Base Salary: £29,350
The base salary is achieved on a working week of an average 40 hours. Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £44,000.
Locations and additional information: start and finish on your driveway (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home). Sign on locations also available for discussion. 23 days holidays (increases with service) plus bank holidays. Up to 7% company pension contribution. Free breakdown cover from day one. What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
* A communicator: You’re comfortable sharing your knowledge and information in a way that customers understand the situation and feel safe that their needs will be taken care of.
* A dedicated learner: While on your journey to becoming a fully-fledged patrol you will take every opportunity to soak up knowledge and learn from others, whether on the road or in a structured learning setting.
* A self-starter: You will be content working independently, as well as collaborating as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
* A fixer/problem solver: You will use your technical expertise to solve a variety of issues, whether repairing at the roadside or recovering a vehicle to a garage, enabling customers to get on with their day.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
* NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
* Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don’t have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
