Commercial Sales Administrator
Location: City of London office
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 5.30. Hybrid working 3–4 days in office, 1–2 days working from home.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Administrator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, documentation, and CRM workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales processes run smoothly and that all paperwork is accurate and processed on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
* Prepare sales documentation, including contracts, deal packs, and quotes.
* Create and distribute KPI reports regarding sales targets and pipelines.
* Handle customer queries regarding services and orders.
* Coordinate with internal departments to process sales orders.
* Organise sales materials and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Skills and Experience Required
* Strong team player with previous experience in sales support and administration in a fast‑paced sales industry.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
