A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our People team as a People Adviser on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover. If you're passionate about creating a great people experience and want to work in a supportive, values-led environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll play a key part in shaping the colleague experience across PM+M, partnering with managers, supporting our apprentices, facilitating the employee life cycle, and helping us deliver a firstclass People service. It's an ideal next step for someone with existing HR or People experience-particularly from a professional services background-who wants to continue growing their expertise in a collaborative, forwardthinking firm.


What you'll be doing

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

Be a trusted adviser

* Provide clear, practical guidance on PM+M's policies and procedures.
* Partner with the People Director to ensure the People function operates efficiently, professionally and in alignment with our values.
* Handle sensitive conversations and correspondence confidentially and appropriately.
* Support talent processes
* Provide ad hoc cover for our Talent Acquisition Specialist-acting as first point of contact for recruitment agencies, coordinating CV reviews and interviews, gathering feedback and supporting offer delivery.
* Own the employee life cycle
* Manage the journey from offer to onboarding and through to the leaver process, ensuring an exceptional experience at each stage.
* Oversee and administer family leave processes, including maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave-supporting colleagues through their leave journey, providing guidance to managers, and ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.

Champion our apprentices

* Be the first point of contact for all apprentice-related queries.
* Liaise with training providers and line managers to track progress and ensure the support is right.

Make our systems work smarter

* Help build and refine workflows within Cezanne to keep processes robust, up-to-date and efficient.

Partner with managers

* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, resourcing and team dynamics.

Support early careers & development

* Oversee our work experience programme-planning schedules, coordinating activity and ensuring students get a meaningful experience.
