Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Art lessons to primary/secondary students. Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment for students of all abilities. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum. Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assignments, projects, and examinations. Encourage student participation and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and improve the Art curriculum. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Art, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Art in a primary or secondary school setting. Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment strategies. Strong understanding of different art techniques, styles, and art history. Ability to inspire and motivate students to explore their creativity. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
