With a re-launched restaurant and exciting alfresco dining terrace, launched in Spring 2023, The Bird is entering a new chapter, focusing on repositioning itself as one of the go-to sun trap dining spots in Bath!

As Bartender what you'll be doing
* Be the team member who makes an impression on our guests by bringing your 3 years of cocktail bar experience to the bar! Be an important part of our guest's experience
* Feel like your opinion is valued - showcase your mixology knowledge and skill with our wonderful spirits, wines and cocktails; confidently creating new drinks as outlandish as we are!
* If you have the ability to open and close the bar, stock management and rotation while adhering to a high standard of health and safety, this is the role for you!
* Be part of a team who enjoy conversational interactions with our team and guests in a stimulating work environment and provide the ultimate bar experience
* Getting the security of a full time role, 40 hours per week role, worked over 5 days. Flexiblity essential.
