Robert Half Accountancy and Finance is seeking a Management Accountant to join a highly successful manufacturing business based in North Leeds. Reporting to the head of Finance, you will be tasked with overseeing the financial operations for the site. What You'll Do:
* Lead and inspire a small finance team
* Manage vital accounting functions-accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger, and financial analysis.
* Deliver high-quality management accounts and analysis within strict deadlines.
* Collaborate on financial audits and identify continuous improvements to systems and processes.
What We're Looking For:
* CIMA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in manufacturing finance (highly desirable).
* Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formula-driven reports).
* Proven experience in a similar management role
* Manufacturing sector experience is desirable, yet not essential
* A proactive, self-starting approach and a team player.

Salary on offer £55,000- £58,000, plus a hybrid work model and additional benefits.
