About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Supervisor to join a well-known waste management company based in Waltham Forest, London. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting day-to-day site operations while managing key administrative and supervisory tasks. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between office and field teams, handling customer queries, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks to support site operations. * Handle and respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally. * Manage and resolve outstanding PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices). * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. * Liaise with drivers, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth workflow. * Use company systems to update and track performance and compliance. * Support operational staff and step in when required to maintain service levels. Requirements: * Proven experience in an administration or supervisory role — ideally within waste management, transport, or logistics. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Confident using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Full UK driving licence (company van provided). * Proactive and professional approach to problem-solving. Hours & Pay: * Monday to Friday: 1:00pm – 9:30pm * Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) * Company van included
