Aitana Financial Services is part of The Openwork Partnership, one of the UK’s largest and longest-established financial advice networks. Benefits of being part of this larger organization include its ownership structure—owned by its firms, Bain Capital, and employees—making it somewhat democratic. It offers a broad proposition with strong provider ties and substantial resources. The Partnership emphasizes development through its own Business School and actively supports community involvement through The Openwork Foundation, which has donated over £22 million to UK charities since its inception.
