We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply English Teachers to join a pool of staff supporting a variety of secondary schools across Norwich and nearby areas. Duties as English Teacher:
* Deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable) using pre-planned resources.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Assess and provide feedback on pupil progress as required by each school.
* Quickly adapt to different school settings, following policies and procedures.
Ideal English Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous).
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills as English Teacher.
* A valid enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to working in different schools.
