Overview
Lighthouse Women’s Aid is seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to provide vital out-of-hours support to residents living in our refuge accommodation.
Responsibilities
* Carry out routine visits.
* Respond to emergencies.
* Offer advice and emotional support to residents.
* Complete essential records and monitoring forms during each shift.
Shifts and Location
Shifts run from 5pm – 9am (overnight) and 9am – 5pm (day), with a handover at each changeover.
Requirements
* Applicants must live within a 5-mile radius of central Ipswich.
* Must have use of a vehicle, a full driving licence and business insurance.
* This is a lone-working role; confidence in making decisions and responding calmly in urgent situations is essential.
