We're also building Tools for Tiny Agencies — a 10-app operating stack designed to help freelance creatives and small studios run sharper, scale faster, and deliver like a studio twice their size.
The role will be mostly focused on TFTA product growth but being in a hub of creative activity will give opportunity for crossover with connected brands and products.
The Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take our ideas and products to market and keep them moving. You'll be responsible for turning launches into traction, building a drumbeat of content and campaigns, and helping our portfolio companies grow their audiences and users.
Working alongside founders and product leads, you'll:
* Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new product launches.
* Run growth experiments across channels (X, LinkedIn, email, communities, UGC, partnerships).
* Build a content engine — from blogs and newsletters to podcast snippets and social campaigns.
* Manage waitlists, referral ideas, and growth loops that encourage adoption.
* Track what's working (and what's not) through analytics and feedback.
* Create simple, repeatable playbooks that can be used across the Cottonmill portfolio.
The basics
* 2+ years in a growth, marketing, or GTM role (agency, SaaS, startup).
* A doer - comfortable planning but also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
* Confident with digital channels (X, LinkedIn, Meta, email platforms, communities).
* Some experience with creator partnerships.
* Strong copywriting and communication skills.
* Comfortable running small, scrappy experiments and learning fast.
* Organised, proactive, and happy working across multiple brands.
