What you will be doing:
* Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to requests, and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service
* Handle breakfast service, ensuring high standards of hospitality and presentation
* Take initiative to add a personalised touch to each guest’s stay
* Proudly promote hotel services and facilities, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling
Your experience and skills include:
* Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset

* Well-organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
* A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, leading by example
* Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential — we provide full training
