Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Legal 500 Firm – Louth, Lincolnshire – £40,000 to £65,000

The Role
* Manage your own caseload of Wills, Trusts, LPAs and estate/trust administration
* Work on complex, high-value matters including those involving agricultural and business assets
* Prepare and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
* Support the development of the department through networking and client engagement activities
* Contribute to expanding the client base by attending events and representing the team locally
* Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate effectively within the department
* Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards
* Work towards agreed financial goals while delivering a high standard of client service
* Handle client and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Liaise with support staff to ensure smooth and accurate case progression
You
* 4+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive specialising in private client law
* Ambition to become STEP qualified (or currently working toward it / able to demonstrate equivalent technical ability)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships
* Confident engaging in networking and business development activities
* Strong drafting, organisation and communication skills
* Friendly, professional and committed to contributing positively to the team
