Responsibilities:
4. Evaluating individuals and families to understand their mental health needs and challenges.
5. Providing emotional support and counseling to help clients manage their conditions.
6. Developing and facilitating treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
7. Advocating for patients’ rights and ensuring they have access to necessary services and support.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
8. Social Work England registration
9. Eligible to work in the UK
10. Hold a full UK licence
11. Post-qualified experience
12. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
